Who can follow the raw diet?
Raw foods may be included in the daily menu as follows:
Morning breakfast: Every day should be started with warm lemonade, grapefruit or fruit shake or pudding.
Lunch: Marinated vegetables and lettuce, or soup and pate with crackers should be included for lunch.
Afternoon breakfast: Fresh vegetable juice during afternoon gives good results.
Dinner: Consuming a big portion of lettuce, with the addition of olives, cucumbers, tomatoes for dinner is helpful.
Evening breakfast: One should include fruit shakes, fresh fruit and biscuits for the evening.

Cakes from nuts
Mix four cups of crushed nuts, cup of minced cashew nut, cup of sunflower seeds, coconut pieces. In the mixture add half a cup of peanut butter, half a cup of maple syrup, quarter cup of flax oil and very little salt. Knead with hands, put the mixture in the fridge when it constrict cut it on pieces.
Salad with red cabbage
Mix four cups of thin cut red cabbage, two baked apples, and young onions, grated carrots, half cup of raisins, four tablespoons apple juice, three tablespoons of olive oil, a spoon of apple cider vinegar, add salt, pepper and allow standing for two hours at room temperature.
Mix half cauliflower, half a pepper, half a cup of broccoli divided into flowers, three spoons of lemon juice, a spoon of honey, half a spoon of orange juice, add salt and pepper. Allow it to stand for three hours and serve with fresh leaves of spinach.
German doctors have followed the health situation of the Germans who ate raw food three years, of which some of the respondents were vegetarian and some of them and ate raw meat. After a while, chronic power shortages were noted at a third of them. Half of women had lost their menstrual cycle, and some of them had irregular cycles. They concluded that this condition was caused because of low caloric foods.
It is believed that one can lose weight on consuming raw foods as they are low in calories, fat and sodium and high in fiber. Most of them include plant based foods that are high in vitamins, minerals, fiber and phytochemicals. It is true that cooking may zap certain water soluble vitamins like Vitamins B and C, but it boosts some nutrients like beta –carotene and lycopene. But one should make sure that they get enough proteins, iron, calcium and other vitamins and minerals like B12. Try raw foods to become slim!!!
