Lemon juice with olive oil

To be exact – add three tablespoon of olive oil to one tablespoon of lemon juice. Heat the mixture slightly and dip your hands into it and soak your fingers. An add-on to the advantages of beer – repair of nails! Prepare a potion made out of olive oil, apple cider vinegar and beer. The procedure is to heat 3/4th cup of olive oil till slightly warm, add 1/2 cup of beer and 3/4th cup of apple cider vinegar. Submerge the fingers into the warm mixture for like 15 minutes. Coconut oil if massaged onto the nails can protect you from infections. It also helps in making the nails longer. Massaging increases the blood circulation. Pour the oil into a vessel and heat it to the extent you can tolerate the warmth of it. Apply it onto your nails and massage it gently for 5 minutes. Repeat this process twice daily.

Apple cider vinegar
This ingredient is easily available in our kitchen, we just need to know the appropriate use of it apart from calling it an item for making meals. What makes apple cider vinegar useful in making nails strong and long are the potassium, calcium, magnesium and the vitamins content in it. Not only this, the magic and acetic acid keep infection at bay. Add water to the vinegar (in equal amount) in a bowl and immerse your nails. Let the mixture get absorbed for 10 minutes. Store the mixture in a jar for future usage.
